    Star san on the brew strong show

    I had to post this, it is an interview with the star san guy and Jamil Z and John Palmer they talk about all types of sanitizers and go over Star San in depth!

    Star san is good indefinitely as long as the PH is below 3.5. Store star san using destilled water and it is good indefinitely! as long as you measured right. Keep in a cool dark location. check out this interview!

    Thanks for the posting, I've never really listened to one of these before, but I got the chance to listen to it while at work today and it was great. Definitely an in-depth discussion of sanitization practices.

    Awesome ! I love that radio show sooo much good stuff about brewing I really feel my understanding of brewing is so much better now and my current beer in fermentation is looking to be my best yet.... thanx brew strong and star san!
