There was a thread in the old days dealing with what's on the table.
Tonight I spatchcocked a chicken, cooked it over pecan wood, served with sweet potatoes, and the beer was a bottle of Schlenkerla Marzen, Grilled chicken and rauchbier are a match made in heaven.
