Blending beers is very different-I do it because I haven't labeled my taps and forget what I'm pouring or a keg nuns out and I top off the glass with something else that I think will go well.

I remember about 35 years ago when it was cool to put a quarter, bottle cap or peanut into my opponents glass of crappy beer so that he would have to drink it fast and pass out first. But that was done at a distance of 8-12 feet and the object of the games didn't change how crappy the beer was.

The only thing I add to beer is more beer.
On deck: a clone of Carolina Beer Co's Rye Stout, clone of Breckenridge's Vanilla Porter,
    Primary: Schwarzbier
    Secondary: Dortmunder, Hopweizen
Keg Conditioning: Dunkelweizen, Roggenbier, Okto, Ord. Bitter
On tap: Alt, Hefeweizen, Cigar City Maduro clone, Mild
Bottled: Mead, Quad Rajet, Granola Bar Braggot

Too much of everything is just enough.

I like a slice of lemon in my wheat beer. Also, I really like flour and fish in my beer. Fortunately I'm not insane, as it's just fish and chips
Give me a woman who loves beer and I will conquer the world. (I think I may have found her!)

    On deck: Citra smash
    Fermenting: None
bottled: Porter, lots of cider, IPA, honey ale, and esb.
    Secondary: Zip point squat
    Kegged: Amber Ale
