Stone Ruination 10 cask & draft, plus Sculpin three ways.
Stone's Ruination 10 IPA hit yesterday, and we are hooking up a keg and a firkin of this uber-hoppy local IPA as we speak. Also, we've got Ballast point's Sculpin 'regular' draft, Habanero Sculpin draft and Sculpin on nitro all pouring this morning as well. Add Societe's Bachelor w/ Mosaic hops, BP Dorado (a milestone SD beer which has been tasting great of late), Alpine's Nelson & Duet, the return of Firestone- Walker's wonderfully hoppy Pivo Pils, GF 30th Street, Rough Draft Southern Triangle IPA, and more make it a hoppy Tuesday 'round these parts. Which is good, because tonight we're doing our Steak Night with Miguel's Papas Borrachas & charro beans. If you've never tried the Papas Borrachas, you're in for a treat; be warned... they're a little hot. But with a lineup like this, we know you can stand the heat.

Our New Belgium Sour Symposium kegs just came in the door a few minutes ago! That's four different versions of Oscar and a keg of La Folie... Can't wait. Tickets for the 6-8pm session are almost gone; the 3-5pm is still looking pretty good. If you have plans to attend Stone's Sour Fest this weekend, we can't think of a better primer on barrel-aging 'sour' beers than what New Belgium's Lauren Salazar will be dishing out here on Friday. You don't want to miss this! Hit the link below for the scoop.
