    Long time no see..

    Hello All,

It's been a long time. I got a new job so I havent been on the site for a while and havent brewed for even longer. I'm going to brew a wet hop ale, and tried to log on to beercalculus but it doesn't seem to work. Has the site shut down? I searched online for a while but couldn't find any word of this, but I have been a little out of the loop. I tried "Brewtoad" but didn't really see any extracts in the fermentables drag down.

Talk about the good old times where there was even more beer? Not like this new-fangled beer. 'Murica.

I inherited an old school fridge left behind in the garage of my rental property. Brought it home, pressure washed it inside and out, let it dry out, then put it in my garage. Can hardly wait to ferment some lagers (and ales on the low side of yeast tolerance) and control my ferm temps. Sure would be nice to post stuff like that on here and about beer in gerneral but I've given up since it seems only Banjo is posting for no one to see. lol

Oh and I grew hops this year on my chainlink fence and found out that you dry hops to about 10% of their harvested weight, so I would assume you'd do the math in reverse and use about 80-90% more wet than you would dry to help with your original question.

    Hey old timers!
    Long time no see.
Been brewing occasionally but nowhere near as much as much as I used to.
I still spend a bunch of time on BJCP stuff, though.
