Join us at Flix on Wednesday, August 21st for a very special five course food and beer pairing. At this dinner, we will be unveiling a new permanent Flix beer: Saison de Walt.

This beer dinner will be moderated by Brewer Justin Rizza, Chef Scott Reed and Flix General Manager Mike Parish.

Tickets can be purchased at for $59.95 which includes tax, gratuity and all five courses.

The menu is as follows:
COURSE ONE: Peppered smoked turkey, blackberry jam, apricots and Brie baked in phyllo dough. Paired with Brambler.

COURSE TWO: Roasted red bell pepper bisque with corn, roasted poblanos, crawfish and Cojita cheese. Paired with Dupulus.

COURSE THREE: Cucumber and honeydew salad with arugula, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries and feta tossed in an apple cilantro vinaigrette. Paired with Dew Drop.

COURSE FOUR: Jalepeño Cheddar sausage with a 10 Day Scottish Ale demi-glace. Served with sour cream and bacon mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables. Paired with Saison de Walt.

COURSE FIVE: Caramel macchiato crème brŭlée served with house made toffee. Paired with Killshot.
