    Air stone mounting

Im considering permanently mounting my air stone inside my kettle, but I'm concerned that it would get all gummed up and plugged with wort. What are your thoughts?

You aerate in the kettle before transfer to the fermenter?

Trub. I would think aerating in the kettle before your transfer would stir all of that up.
