Press release:
The Release of Bristol’s Community Ale Celebrates a Local, Natural Masterpiece

Colorado Springs, Colo. - June 18, 2014 - Bristol Brewing Co., known in Colorado for exceptional microbrews, announces the return of Cheyenne Cañon Piñon Nut Brown Ale on Thursday, June 19. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of each pint and bottle of the award-winning community ale will be donated to The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon.

Bristol Brewing Co. will release their Community Ale Series’ Cheyenne Cañon ale with a celebration of The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon and their mission to "Preserve, Protect and Enhance" North Cheyenne Cañon Park. The release party will feature live music from John Stone, a forest themed beer label drawing and giveaways.

From its subtle, nutty undertones to its prominent malt profile, this piñon nut brown ale is hearty, yet quite approachable. By combining roasted piñon nuts, a hint of Vanguard and Columbus hops, and a nice, round malt component, Bristol Brewing Co. combines a tasty triad of flavors for a smooth, roasty brown ale. The beer will be available on tap and in 22 oz. bomber bottles in the Bristol Pub, as well as in restaurants, bars, and liquor stores in Colorado Springs.

Thursday, June 19 from 5:30 - 8 p.m.
