Great Arizona Homebrew Competition
The Great Arizona Homebrew Competition is an AHA sanctioned international competition for home brewers of beer and mead. It is our hope and our goal that this event will lead to the greater understanding, the greater enjoyment, and the greater quality of homebrewed beer, mead and cider for all who participate.
Brewmeisters Anonymous, Arizona's first Homebrew Club, is hosting the competition and we would like to extend an open invitation to your organization to participate in our club's 22nd annual Great Arizona Homebrew Competition. The 2015 Great Arizona Homebrew Competition is set for judging on March 28th and 29th. Winners will be posted on our website http://www.brewarizona.org/ 2 weeks after the competition. We have in previous years received entries from brewers from all across America and Mexico. This competition we are expecting entries from Mexico and Canada as well.
Sponsorship participation is important to the success of the Great Arizona Homebrew Competition. Organizations who wish to donate monetary gifts, brew related products, or services for the event awards will receive recognition for their contributions in sponsorship signage on our website as well as in the Brewmeisters Anonymous newsletter, T-shirts given to all attending the event, and will be named in all correspondence.
We are accepting donations for winners in each of twenty-eight (28) style categories. The style categories are defined by the Beer Judge Certification Program dated 2008 (BJCP) and can be found at www.bjcp.org. You may also join us in the Best of Show Awards in each category.
Brewmeisters Anonymous is sponsoring a TBD prize for the Best of Show winner and for the winner in the mead category.
