Sasquatch BrewAm 2017 — TOMORROW & Rogue Beer Bus Details
Hello Duffers, Brewers and Beer Fans!

The 13th annual Sasquatch BrewAm is TOMORROW! How exciting!! I can't wait to see all of you to enjoy a morning of golf with friends and beer lovers. All in the name of brewing education.

DATE & LOCATION: Friday, July 28th at McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, OR.

CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in for the tournament is at 8am. Note: If you are with a brewery or distributor, check-in at the registration desk under the name of your brewery/company. Please be on time as we have a big group this year. You might want to bring some extra cash for raffle tickets and special games. We do have some fabulous prizes again this year!

BEER ON COURSE: There will be plenty of beer on the course. Please do NOT bring alcoholic beverages of you own. Also, McM and we noted that there were some folks with cans of beer on the course and, unfortunately, some of the empties ended up along the edges of the course. This is a most important matter and affects the sustainability of the BrewAm. Please be good beer citizens! Thanks!!

ROGUE BEER BUS: Back by popular demand, the FREE beer bus will be available to take participants to and from the BrewAm. Thank you to Rogue Ales for generously donating the beer bus!! The bus is first-come, first-serve, so make sure you have a back-up plan in case it fills up. Like last year, there will be two pick-up places.

The first pick-up point will be at Rogue Distillery and Public House, 1339 NW Flanders. The bus loads at 7am. Beer will be on the bus, so you can have an early start to the day! If you are starting here, come early as Rogue is offering Voodoo Doughnut and coffee breakfast starting at 6:30am. Yummy!!

The second pick-up point will be at the Horse Brass Pub, 4534 SE Belmont. The bus loads at 7:30am and will leave immediately for the Edgefield. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT BEHIND THE HORSE BRASS as those places are reserved during business hours for office workers in the area.

On the return trip, the bus will leave the Edgefield at about 1:30pm/2pm and first go to Rogue and then to the Horse Brass Pub.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR BREWERS: Please bring your beer to the registration area and look or ask for Mark Campbell, John Norton, or Jeremie Landers … if they aren’t around, then me or Lisa Morrison. We will shuttle your beer to one of the pouring stations. If you sponsored a hole, we will put your beer at your hole. We will have some coolers and ice but bring as much as you can to make your beer ready to serve – you’ll need to provide your own taps, etc.

All right then, see you bright and early tomorrow morning!! Don’t stay out too late tonight!!

Remember check-in begins at 8am (pourer volunteers @ 8am but general volunteers @ 7am). See you then.

    Cheers!
